900 square foot historic ballroom. Seats 70 comfortably, 100 standing. French doors open to 10x14 balcony. Grand piano. Ocean view. Electrical, phone, and cable lines, data ports, fax, black out & breakout potential to a guest room, the porch and lawn.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Weller House Inn is ten room luxury Victorian bed and breakfast inn. All rooms have a private full bath and Queen or King bed. Rooms are sound-proofed and feature state-of-the-art radiant heat. Selected rooms feature fireplaces, Jacuzzis and claw foot tubs. The water tower features a top floor hot tub with spectacular ocean views.
GROUNDS
Victorian gardens and lawns surround the mansion. Seating for groups of over 100. Tented event capacity. Easy access and off-street parking.
LOCATION
Mendocino coast, in downtown Fort Bragg. Easy walk to dining, shopping, and live music nightly. Very quiet street two blocks from the ocean and off of the main street. 10 minutes North of the village of Mendocino. Within 10 minutes of a wide variety of activities including Skunk Train, party boats, canoeing, golf, tennis, and a health club. Horse back riding is also available within 5 minutes.
DINING
5 minute walk to casual, elegant, ethnic, and bistro style restaurants. 10 minute drive to 4 and 5 star restaurants. Excellent local caterers.
