Room Policies
- Rates are for one or two adults per room. Use of extra bed for adult $35, $25 for children. Total number of guests must be declared at reservation.
- First nights stay is charged at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation with at least 10 days notice, full refund minus a $25 per room night service charge. Cancellation with less than 10 days notice, refund (minus the $25/night charge) only if we are able to re-book the room, otherwise you are responsible for the whole amount.
- NO SMOKING at any time anywhere on the premises ($1000 cleaning fee includes shipping of drapes to out-of-town dry cleaners and loss of room income for 3 days).
- Minimal perfume – we attempt to use cleaning products with no added perfumes, and request that guest use of perfumes be moderate or nil, in consideration for other guests with sensitivities or allergies.
- Please note, habitual use of any perfume may cause loss of ability to smell that particular scent. This can lead to increase of dosage, which can be very unpleasant to anyone who has not been likewise desensitized.
- CHILDREN welcome if well behaved, quiet throughout the night, and supervised at all times. Damage fees may apply.
- NO PETS allowed anywhere in main house guest rooms or common rooms. PETS allowable in water tower rooms with $60 surcharge cleaning fee. Additional damage fees may apply.
- Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs, preferably over 24 hours in advance.
- Check in between 3 PM and 7 PM, or by special arrangement.
